ASB SPORTS updates 2016-2017
The Athletic Program at the American School of Bangkok continued to grow again in the 2016-2017 school year with 35+ teams playing at the elementary, middle and high school levels in the Bangkok International Schools’ Athletic Conference (BISAC). ASB also competed in friendly games against other International schools in Bangkok and entered into multiple friendly tournaments to give our student-athletes opportunities to grow their skills.
Our basketball and golf programs continued to excel while the swimming, volleyball, soccer, softball, badminton, swimming and cross country/track teams worked very hard to become much more competitive.
ASB won multiple Championships throughout the year and our teams represented the school community very well. Here is the summary of championships for the academic year 2016 - 2017:
