I am truly excited to be the new Principal at The American School of Bangkok, Sukhumvit Campus. Together with our Bangna Campus we take pride in a philosophy that focuses on high academic standards, supported by values and a supportive environment that allows each student to develop into a world class citizen. The school environment encourages students to learn to express themselves, academically, athletically, and socially in a caring, nurturing and supportive milieu.
The academic expectations are high and, with the support of parents, the students learn to accept responsibility for his/ her own learning. Attention to detail such as punctuality, homework completion, courtesy and respect for one another are values that permeate the educational setting. Our staff has a combination of new and experienced teachers reflecting a global community that brings a vibrant educational experience to the children attending ASB.

MR. SIMON FAULKNER
 It is truly my pleasure to be returning to The American School of Bangkok as principal of the Bangna (Green Valley) Campus. I was principal of the Sukhumvit Campus for two years and I took great pride in the strength of the many programs offered by both campuses at that time. Upon my return I am thrilled to see ongoing development at the school. Our campus at Green Valley is known for its excellence in sports and technology as well as other academic programs.
Here at The American School of Bangkok, we espouse high academic standards complemented by high values. We believe that all students should be empowered to maximize their potential in becoming effective communicators, global citizens, independent learners, and critical thinkers. We encourage our students to excel in all their endeavors, be they academic, athletic, or social, and we support them fully in their efforts.
